Product Substitution:
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable style product. Logo’s may differ slightly from product images as products are updated and new designs are created.

Stock Production Time:
Most in stock items will ship within 48 hours of placing your order.


Shipping Policy:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. Item out of stock? We will contact you and your order will ship complete once all items are in stock, unless otherwise discussed. Need it quick? Call our Customer Service Department or simply add a comment when placing your order, letting us know when you need it by. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Heavy Items:
The listed freight is good for deliveries to Continental USA only. Some heavy items, including mugs, umbrellas, or items that require dimensional shipping (bottles, cooler bags) etc., may be an additional cost to the freight price listed.

International Freight:
Orders shipping outside the United States will have their freight determined after the order is processed internally.
